Shipping policy
All orders are processed with care and intention. Please review the following before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Shipping
Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier. Once an order has been shipped, Creative Kwest Studio, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays.
Address Accuracy (Important)
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Many of our pieces are one-of-one or limited edition. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes, reroute packages, or replace items sent to an incorrect address. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Creative Kwest Studio, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if needed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at ckwassist@creativekwest.com with photo proof so we can review and assist.
