Am I able to get a refund?

No babe. All sales are final. No exchanges.

 

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow us 2-5 business days to get you right! Tracking numbers are sent out with every order once processed.

 

What happens if my package is lost?

Please email us at ckwassist@creativekwest.com; allow us a 48 hour window for responses at this time.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Shipping will average 5-7 days, priority options for an additional fee are available.

 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes I do, depending on shipping rates! In the event of excessive fees + tariffs, all options will be discussed with the collector!

 

How do I go about commission work?

We are currently NOT accepting commissions at this time.
