Refund policy

At Creative Kwest Studio, LLC, every piece is intentionally created as part of a limited or one-of-one collection. Because of the exclusive nature of our artwork, we maintain strict policies to protect both the integrity of each design and our business operations.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Important: Shipping Address Responsibility

Please carefully review and confirm your shipping address before placing your order.

Many of our pieces are one-of-one or produced in extremely limited quantities. Once your order has been shipped:

  • The exact design you purchased may no longer be available
  • Replacements or duplicates may not be possible

Creative Kwest Studio, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong location due to an address error provided at checkout, we are unable to replace or refund the order.

Damaged Items (Refund Eligibility)

Refunds are only considered if your item arrives damaged.

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photo evidence of:
    • The damaged item
    • The original packaging

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Incorrect Items (Exchange Eligibility)

Exchanges are only considered if you receive the wrong item or variant.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide photo proof of the incorrect item received

If approved, we will provide next steps for the exchange.

Non-Eligible Situations

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences
  • Normal wear and tear

All artwork and designs remain the intellectual property of Creative Kwest Studio, LLC and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

  • Purchases do not grant reproduction or commercial use rights
  • Unauthorized use, copying, or resale of designs is strictly prohibited
